By joining Forex Introducing Brokers Online (referred to hereafter as FXIBonline) to participate in any one of our  programs the end user (referred to hereafter as Member), agrees to all of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Member acknowledges and agrees that:

1. They understand the risks associated with trading leveraged instruments on the Over The Counter and or Foreign Exchange Market (Forex) and that trading such products can result in a loss of some or all of the funds invested.
2. By offering rebates FXIBonline is not encouraging member to trade excessively to receive trading rebates.
3. Rebates for Members out of pocket expenses for Forex Education, Signals, Charts, News or Products only apply to members that have opened an account with one of our participating Brokers/FCM that are listed as "Participating" in the FXIB Rebates program.
4. At no time is FXIBonline and or its representatives making recommendations nor engaging in speculation regarding the buying or selling of Foreign Exchange contracts.
5. FXIBonline is not and will not act as an intermediary between the member and any Broker/FCM regarding any trade related disputes, omissions or errors.
6. Member shall direct, and address to, all trade related questions (Actual or Speculative) to the Broker FCM that the members account is held with.
7. Member shall hold FXIBonline harmless of any losses incurred as a result of speculating or trading Forex Contracts.
8. Member shall receive rebates directly from FXIBonline and not the Broker/FCM
9. All rebate payout's are made on the last day of each month for the previous months trading.
10. No warranties are given by FXIBonline and no warranties are implied regarding the content of the suggested reading material or the content of the web site(s) which can be accessed through this web site. FXIBonline shall not be liable in any way for losses or liability of any kind to any person resulting directly or indirectly through the use in any way by such person of the information referred to and/or use of the suggested reading material or the web site(s), however such loss or liability occurs, and whether financial or otherwise. The pages and the opinions or information contained in the suggested reading material or these web site(s) are the creation of outside parties and do not necessarily reflect the opinions or representations of FXIBonline.
11. All rebate checks from FXIBonline to Member shall be made to and in the name of the account holder only. No Exceptions.
12. Under no circumstances will FXIBonline ever deposit rebates back into the members trading account.
13. FXIBonline has a legal and moral obligation to report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities which include but are not limited to State and Local Police, CFTC,  NFA, The Federal Bureau of Investigation and The Department of Homeland Security.
14. FXIBonline assumes no responsibility nor makes any assurances as to the financial stability of any of the Brokers/FCM's listed on this site.
15. Member acknowledges that FXIBonline receives rebates from the Brokers/FCM's. Should a Broker/FCM experience regulatory issues that prevent timely or no payout's to FXIB, Member agrees to hold FXIB harmless of any losses incurred as a result.
