Terms and Conditions

Affiliates:
  1. All Affiliates are considered Independent Representatives and responsible for their own actions/taxes
  2. Representatives will receive updates about the company, promotions, goals, and statistics through email.
  3. Monthly trading statistics and commissions based on referred client's trading activity will be provided
  4. Dollar amount  of paid commission has many determining factors such as the pip rebate from broker, number of trades executed by referral(s), and lot size of trades. 
  5. Representative may not make any trade recommendations or give specific investment advice unless he/she is qualified to do so.
  6. Bonuses are credited only when a referral has funded a live a account.

Referral(s):
  1. Referral(s) must open at least one live account.
  2. Referral(s) must fund their account within 30 days of opening account before Affiliate can be credited.
  3. Referral(s) must not be a current client of FXIBonline.

Payment Rules:

  1. Commissions are paid once a month at the end of the month.
  2. Bonuses are paid once an affiliate reaches the required number of referrals for their tier level
  3. Commissions are paid by check through the mail, or to your paypal account.
  4. If requested to be sent in mail, please allow 5-7 business days for check to arrive.
  5. FXIBonline reserves the right to decline or reverse payment should a payment be made in error or is deemed to be the result of unethical practices.
  6. This offer is nontransferable.
  7. FXIBonline retains the right to modify or expand, this program at any time.

Important:

Independent Representatives can earn from $100 up to $100,000 per month depending on the number of referred clients/traders. Anyone can be a Independent Representative  by filling out the form below. For each lot that your client's trade, you will receive a monthly commission, commission is based on pip rebate from FCM. As a Independent Representative you are required to know, and adhere to NFA and CFTC rules and regulations. FXIBonline holds itself and its Independent Representatives to the highest ethical and moral values, if it is found that the Independent Representative is in any violation, the Independent Representative privileges and commissions will be revoked. We request that you familiarize yourself with FXIBonlie policies,services, and products.
